Flournoy Development gave us one of our first big breaks in the commercial market, when they contracted us to do approximately 6,000 LF of building wall and site retaining walls 10' to 12' high with multiple angles and elevations in Lexington, Kentucky at the Grand Reserve Apartment Complex. Since then we have done three other projects for Flournoy Development, two in Nashville, Tennessee and one in Louisville, Kentucky. Working with Flournoy’s excellent staff of people, like project managers Brent and Tom Osborne, superintendents Bob Hendricks, Charles Osborne, and Wayne Cordin was instrumental for us in building a prosperous, honest and hard charging contracting firm.
